A Message from Boss Executive Vice President, Shanna Kornegay

Dear Boss Family,

As we come to the end of 2025, I want to personally thank the men and women who make this company what it is.

I know this industry is not always easy. It can often require long days, workovers extending time away from home, and market pressures that require us to run leaner while still doing more. Yet day after day, you showed up, did the job right, and looked out for one another. That doesn’t happen by accident. It happens because of character, discipline, and faith.

I truly believe the Lord has His hand on this company and more importantly, on the people in it. We start each day trusting Him to guide our decisions, protect our crews, and bring everyone home safely. Safety isn’t just a rule here, it’s a responsibility we owe to our families and to each other.

I am proud of the way our crews carried themselves in the field in what continues to be challenging market conditions. You represented this company well, and you represented yourselves even better.

I also want to extend a sincere thank you to our customers. Your trust in our people, your partnership, and the opportunity to work safely alongside your teams are not taken for granted. We appreciate the confidence you place in us and look forward to continuing to earn it every day.

Looking ahead, we are excited and optimistic about the road in front of us. We see strong opportunities for growth in new markets and through strategic acquisitions, including some we expect to close in the first half of 2026. These acquisitions will align with our values and the way we do business. Any growth we pursue will be done thoughtfully, with purpose, focused on long-term stability creating more opportunities for our people, and strengthening Boss as a company for years to come.

As we head into 2026, our focus remains simple:

We will continue to invest in our people, because our workforce is our foundation. Culture is everything! Without great people, you cannot build a successful company. When we take care of our people, everything else falls into place.

Thank you for the sacrifices you make, the effort you give, and the pride you take in your work. Thank you for trusting this company and for standing shoulder to shoulder with your coworkers.
