A Message from Executive VP, Shanna Kornegay

When I made the decision to return to the oil and gas industry after a four-year break, it wasn't a decision I made lightly. It took a lot of prayer and reflection before I felt confident that I was being called back into this industry.

Not long after returning, one of our offshore employees sent me a photo of a rainbow with the simple message: "God painted us a beautiful picture." That moment reminded me exactly why I came back.

It wasn't because of the industry itself. It was because of the people. The friendships, the mentors, the teams I've worked alongside, and the relationships that have remained constant through every season of my career.

Over the past twenty years, I have been fortunate to work alongside some incredible individuals who invested their time in teaching me, mentoring me, and helping me grow. From my start as an administrative assistant to leadership roles in operations and business development, every opportunity I have been given came from people who believed in me and were willing to share their knowledge.

Those experiences shaped a core belief that I still carry today: people build great companies.

Throughout my career, I have been passionate about creating opportunities for field personnel to grow into leadership roles. I firmly believe that titles do not define a person's value or potential. The strongest organizations are built when companies invest in their people, provide the tools and training they need to succeed, and genuinely care about their growth both professionally and personally.

One of the things I loved most about my time at Shamrock Energy Solutions was the culture. Employees were treated as assets, not expenses. People felt supported, appreciated, and empowered to build meaningful careers. The result was something special—a company where people wanted to stay, grow, and succeed together.

My goal at Boss Energy Solutions is to help build that same kind of culture.

As we continue to grow, I want every employee to know that you matter. Your contributions matter. Your safety matters. Your family's well-being matters. The success of this company will never be defined solely by the services we provide or the contracts we secure. It will be defined by the people who make those achievements possible every day.

I am excited about where Boss is headed and grateful for every employee who is helping us build something special together.

Thank you for all that you do, and thank you for being part of the Boss family.
