The health and safety of our employees, prevention of incidents and protection of the environment is of the utmost importance to us. At Boss Energy Solutions, we promote a GOAL ZERO mindset, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality performance throughout the company.
To achieve our goals, we have developed a workplace safety program outlining the policies and procedures regarding employee health and safety. Every individual must become familiar with the program, follow and enforce the procedures and become an active participant in this workplace safety program.

B.O.S.S.
B.O.S.S. (Behavior Observation Safety Sheets), our behavior-based safety program, addresses one of the contributing causes of incidents and injuries – human behavior. The B.O.S.S. process involves taking samples of behavior (Observations) to identify potential hazards, reinforce safe behaviors and coach at-risk behaviors. Boss employees are required to make at least one Observation per hitch and submit it to our HSE team. The data gathered from these Observations help us to understand how at- risk behaviors are motivated. By communicating this information, we can better prevent injuries, focus on areas needing improvement, and implement action plans that will ultimately make Boss Energy Solutions a safer company.
