BOSS WELCOMES JASON WRIGHT

Boss Energy Solutions is pleased to welcome Jason Wright, Land Operations Manager, who joins the team with 24 years of oil and gas industry experience and a career built around operations, leadership, business development and strong customer relationships.

Jason’s background spans a wide range of oil and gas operations, including natural gas compression, compressor stations, gas processing and cryogenic facilities, pipelines, land and offshore production facilities, field services, pipeline construction and safety. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with operators, contractors, field personnel and management teams, giving him a firsthand understanding of both the operational challenges customers face and the resources required to keep their projects moving safely and efficiently.

His previous leadership roles include serving as Branch Manager with Enerflex and Operations Manager for Energy Transfer, along with extensive experience in oil and gas sales and business development.

As Land Operations Manager, Jason will support Boss Energy Solutions’ land operations while also focusing on business development, sales and customer relations. He will work to identify new opportunities, strengthen existing customer relationships and help expand Boss’s presence across the industry. Drawing on his operational background and industry relationships, Jason will work with customers to understand their specific needs and connect them with the right personnel and services to support their operations.

For Jason, successful business development starts with understanding the customer.

As Boss continues to grow its capabilities and support customers across the oil and gas asset lifecycle, Jason’s combination of field knowledge, operational experience and relationship-driven business development will help connect customers with solutions tailored to the work at hand.

Outside of work, family is extremely important to Jason. He enjoys spending time with his wife and family, cooking and BBQing, fishing, hunting and being outdoors. Jason and his wife have also operated their own food truck business—an experience he says reinforced the importance of hard work, dependability and taking care of customers.
