Shanna Kornegay – Executive Vice President

As Executive Vice President, Shanna Kornegay brings 18 years of hands-on experience and deep technical understanding of I&E, mechanical, power generation, valve, and automation systems, as well as oil and gas operations.

Shanna began her career in the energy industry as an administrative assistant for Alliance Measurement Systems, where she developed a strong foundation in both the technical and project management sides of the business. Before joining Boss Energy Solutions, she managed operations and business development for projects and callout services at Shamrock Energy Solutions—overseeing a workforce of more than 1,000 employees across nine U.S. locations.

Her proven leadership and operational expertise play a key role in ensuring that Boss Energy Solutions continues to deliver exceptional performance, safety, and service excellence across all areas of operation.
