Meet the Boss Executive Leadership Team

At Boss Energy Solutions, strong leadership drives our mission to deliver innovative, safe, and reliable energy solutions. We’re proud to introduce two members of our executive leadership team who bring decades of experience, expertise, and vision to our organization.

Chris Poole – President

Chris Poole serves as President of Boss Energy Solutions and Stokes & Spiehler. With 28 years of experience in the Upstream Oil & Gas sector, Chris has built a distinguished career focused on Offshore Production Operations across the Gulf of Mexico and international markets.

His expertise spans a broad range of disciplines, including Production Operations, Workover and Completions, Well Servicing and Stimulation, Topsides Facility Processes, Subsea Infrastructure, Chemical Engineering Support, HSE&R, Consulting, and Technical Writing. Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chris has demonstrated steady career progression through key leadership roles such as Operations Manager, Senior Production Superintendent, Offshore Installation Manager, Subsea Operations Advisor, and Deepwater GOM Projects Operations Representative. His work has taken him throughout the U.S. Gulf region as well as internationally to West Africa and the Middle East.

Shanna Kornegay – Executive Vice President

As Executive Vice President, Shanna Kornegay brings 18 years of hands-on experience and deep technical understanding of I&E, mechanical, power generation, valve, and automation systems, as well as oil and gas operations.

Shanna began her career in the energy industry as an administrative assistant for Alliance Measurement Systems, where she developed a strong foundation in both the technical and project management sides of the business. Before joining Boss Energy Solutions, she managed operations and business development for projects and callout services at Shamrock Energy Solutions—overseeing a workforce of more than 1,000 employees across nine U.S. locations.

Her proven leadership and operational expertise play a key role in ensuring that Boss Energy Solutions continues to deliver exceptional performance, safety, and service excellence across all areas of operation.
