BUILDING SOMETHING SPECIAL

A Message from Executive VP, Shanna Kornegay
When I made the decision to return to the oil and gas industry after a four-year break, it wasn't a decision I made lightly. It took a lot of prayer and reflection before I felt confident that I was being called back into this industry.
Not long after returning, one of our offshore employees sent me a photo of a rainbow with the simple message: "God painted us a beautiful picture." That moment reminded me exactly why I came back.
It wasn't because of the industry itself. It was because of the people. The friendships, the mentors, the teams I've worked alongside, and the relationships that have remained constant through every season of my career.

Over the past twenty years, I have been fortunate to work alongside some incredible individuals who invested their time in teaching me, mentoring me, and helping me grow. From my start as an administrative assistant to leadership roles in operations and business development, every opportunity I have been given came from people who believed in me and were willing to share their knowledge.
Those experiences shaped a core belief that I still carry today: people build great companies.
Enhancing Our HSE Culture for Long-Term Success

The first half of 2026 has brought continued growth and new opportunities for Boss Energy Solutions. As we build on that momentum, one priority remains unchanged: protecting the people who make our success possible.
At Boss, safety isn't simply a goal—it's the foundation of how we operate. It's reflected in how we plan, how we work, and how we look out for one another every single day.
As Boss Energy Solutions continues to grow, our commitment to safety must remain constant.
Let's take a moment to refocus on the core principles that define our safety culture:
Quality Planning – Every task begins with a thorough JSEA
Stop Work Authority – Not just a right, but a responsibility
Daily Safety Meetings – Plan the work and identify hazards before starting
PPE Compliance – The right gear, every time
These aren’t just guidelines—they are principles that shape every job we perform and every decision we make.
Our Commitment Starts With You
At the beginning of each year, every Boss employee is required to sign an HSE Commitment Pledge. This isn’t just a formality—it’s a personal promise.

HOOKED ON COMMUNITY

At Boss Energy Solutions, we believe our people are what set us apart—and we’re proud to support the passions and accomplishments they bring beyond the job site.
This year, Boss was honored to sponsor the Northshore Sacalait Tournament, founded and organized by longtime Boss employee and mechanic, Billy Adams.
What started as a simple idea among local anglers has grown into one of Southeast Louisiana’s premier fishing series—bringing together competition, community, and a shared love for the outdoors.
Billy launched the tournament with a clear goal: to create a consistent, well-organized, and enjoyable outlet for sacalait anglers. Today, the Northshore Sacalait Tournament stands as the first organization to successfully deliver a structured, year-round tournament series dedicated to the sport.
What makes this even more meaningful to us is the person behind it. Billy’s dedication, work ethic, and passion for what he does—both in the field and in his community—reflect the same values we strive to uphold at Boss every day.
We’re proud to support Billy and the continued success of the Northshore Sacalait Tournament, and we look forward to seeing it grow for years to come.

Boss Energy Solutions would like to thank all employees who have thus far participated in our behavior-based safety management program, B.O.S.S. (Behavior Observation Safety Sheets). Your continued involvement is essential to the success of this program and to our ongoing journey toward safety excellence.
REMINDER: All Boss team members are required to perform at least ONE B.O.S.S. observation per hitch and submit it to our HSE team. The data gathered from these observations helps us better understand the motivations behind at-risk behaviors.

TOTAL CARE OPTION (TCO)
Save up to the ACA maximum ($10,600 per individual and $21,200 per family) on your healthcare costs!
Through the TCO, Boss Energy Solutions will reimburse up to the ACA maximum ($10,600/single and $21,200/family) if you enroll in your spouse’s health insurance
plan with their employer.
What does the TCO cover?
Boss Energy will cover up to the ACA maximum of out-of-pocket medical costs (copays, coinsurance, and deductibles) for your entire family.
That could mean $0 for prescriptions, doctor visits, and any medical care you and your family need.
Is there a cost to enroll?
The TCO is free for you and your eligible family members to join. There is no payroll contribution required to participate. You can also continue to enroll in other Boss Energy Solution benefits.
How do I enroll in the TCO?
During Open Enrollment, you can choose for yourself and/or any covered family members to leave the Boss Energy Solutions health plan and instead enroll in the TCO, while simultaneously joining your spouse’s employer medical plan. Those enrolled in the TCO will then have their out-of-pocket medical expenses covered!
