Jeff Trahan

President

Jeff has nearly 30 years of domestic and international oilfield experience encompassing management, sales, production, fabrication and measurement.

 

He served as president and CEO of Shamrock Energy Solutions where steered the company to impressive heights – growing from 150 to over 1,000 employees across nine U.S. locations in just twelve years.

 

Under his leadership, Shamrock’s service offerings grew to include I & E projects, power generation services, project management, valve and wellhead services, cooler and radiator repairs, a generator rental business and regulatory and compliance
services.

 

Prior to Shamrock, Jeff also served as Vice President of Kelley Completion Services, President of Alliance Measurement Solutions, and Operations Manager of FMC Technologies.

Shanna Kornegay

VP of Operations

Shanna’s career is marked by 18 years of a deep understanding of I&E, mechanical, power generation, valve, automation systems, and oil and gas operations.

 

She started in the O&G industry as an administrative assistant for Alliance Measurement Systems, where she gained extensive knowledge of the technical/project side of the business. Prior to Boss, Shanna oversaw all operations and business development for projects and call out services at Shamrock Energy Solutions.

Ryan Frederick

Operations Manager

Ryan has over 25 years of experience in the oil & gas production industry.

 

He began his career working in the field as an I&E technician after obtaining a degree is Industrial Electronics then moved into contract personnel management, where he worked for various companies including Mid-South Controls, GreyStar Corp, Shamrock Energy Solutions and most recently as VP of Operations for Prime Energy.

 

His rollover experience includes Pyramid Oil & Gas, MCOP, ATP Oil & Gas, Bennu Oil & Gas, Tarpon Energy, and Cox / Array Petroleum.

Gawain Vicknair

HSE Manager

Vic has over 30 years of extensive experience in the O&G industry as an HSSE professional.

 

His background includes 17 years in a senior level position with McDermott International, where he supervised several HSE representatives and worked internationally managing various locations.

 

He later served as HSE Director at Shamrock Energy Solutions with major operations in the GOM, South Texas, West Texas and the Northeast US, as well as five Shamrock office/ shop locations.

Patrick Perkins

Master Service Engineer

Patrick has over 40 years of experience in deep water TLP’s and spars. He was previously employed by GE Oil and Gas and Shell.  His extensive knowledge includes top tension risers, surface wellhead, subsea well head, and drilling and production.

 

He held lead roles on projects such as Exxon Kizomba, BP Maddog, Shell Perdido, BP Macondo Recovery, Shell Malikai, Shell GOM, Repsol/Petro Vietnam Ca-Rong- Do, and Oxy Holstein. Patrick has been directly involved in many first ever equipment designs and installation.

Michael Keiffer

Business Development

Michael has 25 years of experience in the O&G Industry and began his career at ES&H while completing his college degree.

 

After graduating, he moved to Lafayette to gain hands-on experience in the Environmental, Industrial, Offshore, Marine, Transportation & Disposal, and Management sectors of the Oil & Gas Industry.

 

Recognizing that service companies across the industry were struggling with personnel shortages, Michael supported a personnel company post-Hurricane Katrina, growing it to 2,000 trained short-term employees, many of whom transitioned into full-time roles across the Gulf Coast.

Similarly, after seeing a growing need for Certified Welding Inspectors, he helped build a company employing CWI’s across the Gulf of Mexico.
